Rosenbloom joined the American brand last year as chief marketing officer. Since joining Hairstory, the executive has been credited with working to drive the brand’s next phase of growth and development, while strengthening its commitment to sustainability.

Under her leadership, Hairstory plans to expand its product collection to focus on cleansing, care and treatment categories, and will launch a professional rewards program.

Rosenbloom has over 20 years of marketing experience and has worked for various companies in the industry. Prior to joining Hairstory, she held senior positions at luxury fragrance and cosmetics companies, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Marketing at Creed and Vice President of Global Marketing at iluminage at Unilever Prestige. The director also worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a marketing and design consultant at Bumble and Bumble, and previously oversaw Carol’s Daughter’s marketing and rebranding initiative, and served as executive director of global marketing at Jurlique.

“As the new leader of Hairstory, my mission is to continue and expand our commitment to sustainability and simplicity in hair care, focusing on creating high-quality, eco-friendly hair care solutions that prioritize the well-being of our consumers, hairdressers and the planet, – Rosenbloom said.

He replaces Rosenbloom Harley Butler, who was named CEO last year.

Founded in 2015, Hairstory is best known for its hero New Wash, a product that cleans, conditions, detangles and restores hair without the harsh foams and harmful detergents found in traditional shampoos.

Since its inception, Hairstory has experienced exponential growth over the past three years, increasing revenue by 190% and employee numbers by 50%.
